General
Ice Work Ltd, based in Southern England, have many customers using their contract services. This usually happens where a client needs a fixed price for a single item or several items delivered over an agreed schedule covering up to and in some cases more than one year.
It can be as simple as a single item being delivered weekly on a Friday to a full container load of ice blocks weighing 22 tons or more on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly timetable.
Before approaching us with ideas it is very helpful if drawing, volumes and schedules have been considered.
Manufacturing
Ice Work cooperate with ice companies, event and hotel groups, exhibition and frozen food companies throughout Europe producing ice to their specification and design.
With large computer guided machinery, Ice Work can work from emailed instructions, wrap and deliver on time to any site.
With their expertise and production facility, large and small orders can be undertaken and delivered to clients using their logos and signage on all packaging material to ensure confidentiality.
Our staff can work with designers, production staff and all other trades to advise on installation, method statement, risk assessment and health and safety issues.
A typical 2 metre ice bar installation is shown waiting for collection and delivery.

Ice Work Contract Division
To enable clients to plan ahead, offer competitive pricing and be active in the market place, we offer a service where Ice Work can manufacture, pack and label under the client’s label, and deliver on time throughout Europe.
Simply put, we provide a complete service to you so that you can continue selling rather than getting bogged down with manufacturing.
We do this in three ways:
Firstly: By quoting prices on requested items as they are needed – minimum quantities apply.
Secondly: By agreeing fixed prices for a fixed number of pieces over a fixed period.
Thirdly: By offering clients the ability to enter an offer for any item for delivery at some point in the future. This can mean that by offering a competitive price at a time when Ice Work have extra capacity – for example, during quieter winter periods when we can manufacture items and store them for later delivery – clients are able to pick up a bargain. Items sold like this will be pallet loads only but we do mixed pallets. All items can be packed in plain boxes and we can, if clients supply them, put their own labels onto the boxes. The other advantage of this process is that it enables clients to plan ahead with confidence – minimum quantities apply.
Please note: all work is performed under the Ice Work confidentiality terms. Copy on request.
Items are boxed in plain boxes – no name – and can be labelled with your own identification.
Offer what you want to pay – we might accept.
If your offer is accepted a 25% deposit is required with the balance payable 30 days before delivery. Deposits are non refundable if orders are cancelled.
Offers can be for items including delivery under the “Del” column, or for collection under the “Coll” column.
If unsure about your requirements please email
info@icework.co.uk and we will be happy to give advice.
